1️⃣ Stable Diffusion 3 BANNED from Civitai!

Our high hopes for Stable Diffusion 3 (SD3) were dashed shortly after release, with the model producing outputs with hilariously bad human anatomy, and with a surprising, restrictive, license.

While we await clarification of the license terms from Stability AI and our legal team, we’ve placed a temporary ban on SD3 and all SD3 derived models on Civitai to protect our Creator community.

2️⃣ Civitai Path to Sustainability: Mid-Year Update

We're halfway through another year, and we've got some exciting new features coming soon to help Creators earn more Buzz and get paid real money!

3️⃣ Civitai LoRA Multi-Training

Exciting news for our on-site LoRA Trainer! With the introduction of Multi-Training, you can now run multiple concurrent training sessions. Submit your LoRA for training and choose to train against up to five different base models, each with distinct advanced settings!

4️⃣ Buzz Reward Adjustments

We made some adjustments to our Buzz Rewards system, aimed at improving balance, encouraging additional growth, and maintaining the sustainability of the program for the future.

5️⃣ Civitai Link Improvements

Civitai Link just got even better with the release of version 1.20.2! This update brings huge performance improvements, reducing memory usage and the overall footprint on your device. Plus, you can now download and filter for DoRA files!

Using the Civitai on-site LoRA Trainer

The Civitai guide to using the on-site LoRA Trainer has received an update to include the essential info on using Multi-Training effectively!

🌊 Elemental Extravaganza Contest 🔥 Winners!

The Elemental Extravaganza Contest was a huge success with over 9,000 absolutely beautiful image entries! We had a great (and tough!) time selecting the winning entries! Congratulations to all our winners!

🤖 Project Odyssey Competition - Running Now! 🎥

The Project Odyssey AI filmmaking contest co-organized by Civitai, ElevenLabs, Think Diffusion, and Realdreams is running NOW! Entrants have until July 15th to create an entry to one of four categories, with $28,000 worth of prizes and credits to be won!
