We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with an exciting new challenge in honor of the Chinese New Year: the Year of the Snake! Join us as we explore snake-inspired and Sinosphere culture-themed LoRAs, which will feature in our Daily Challenges throughout the rest of January.

2️⃣ Game-Changing LoRA Trainer Improvements!

We’ve rolled out major improvements to our LoRA trainer! The AdamW8Bit optimizer is back in the advanced settings, giving you more flexibility and control. Plus, we’ve introduced powerful new training dataset management tools:

• Import unpublished images directly from your Generation panel

• Add images you’ve previously posted to your Civitai profile

• Re-use datasets from the past 30 days!

3️⃣ Bring your own Image - Img2video!

We're excited to announce a game-changing update: you can now upload images from any source directly into the generator for video creation! Drag and drop images straight from any Civitai page, a web page, or your local PC.

And that’s not all - this feature will soon be available for true img2img as well! Jump into the generator to check it out!

4️⃣ Daily Challenge Improvements

For the past few weeks, CivBot has been hard at work creating Daily Challenges and (expertly!) judging your amazing entries. Behind the scenes, we’ve been rolling out updates to improve the Challenge system, giving us greater oversight.

The biggest news? We now have a Challenge Points Leaderboard! Compete for glory and earn your spot at the top - Daily Challenge fame awaits!
